Andy Williams opened this Branson theatre many years ago for an audience who loved his rendition of “Moon River.”
A one story theatre is set in the heart of Branson. It’s a semi circle authentic theatrical building, which is filled with a 2,054 seating capacity with excellent stage visibility from every seat, so no one misses the show!
The Andy Williams’ Moon River Theatre provides wholesome family entertainment with a variety of musical talents. Andy Williams hosts and oversees every performance while everything from the Big Band era, to Broadway tunes, and his greatest hits are sung for your listening pleasure.
Before entering the theatre, you’re welcome to walk around the grounds and admire the beautiful handiwork of personal gardeners. Local artists have contributed their masterpieces to fill the halls of the Andy Williams’ Moon River Theatre; while “Moon River” is represented by a koi-stocked pond that extends next to the building.
As the finale’ at Andy Williams’ Moon River Theatre, Mr. Williams performs his classic “Moon River” while every previous performer comes out to take a final bow. After the show, you’re encouraged to stop at the boutique; a little gift shop where Andy Williams can usually be found waiting to greet his fans. You can ask for an autograph from him or the other performers; a perfect cap to your evening!
The Andy Williams’ Moon River Theatre is open from April through December. Mr. Williams travels throughout the year but he makes his most appearances during the holiday performances that are scheduled from November to December.
